By creating an account or using ETiketsSA you agree to these terms.

ETiketsSA is a ticketing tool. Events are run by independent organizers, who are responsible for the event, venue, pricing, safety, content and receiving ticket payments. ETiketsSA is not a party to the sale between organizer and attendee and does not hold ticket funds.

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. Organizers may appoint sellers and scanners and are responsible for their actions. Scanners may only scan for their assigned event and may not scan their own tickets.

Events are saved as Drafts and are only visible to attendees after the organizer pays the R280 publishing fee via Yoco and payment is verified. The fee is per event.

Tickets bought online are reserved with a unique payment reference. A reserved ticket is not valid for entry until the organizer or seller confirms payment and marks it paid. Use the exact reference when paying by EFT. Organizers may cancel unpaid reservations.

Each QR ticket admits one entry to its specific event and is marked used once scanned. Copied, altered or already-used tickets will be refused. Do not share your QR code.

Organizers must provide accurate event information, honour valid tickets, only import tickets they are entitled to issue, handle buyer data lawfully, and deal with attendee refunds per the Refund Policy.

Chat and comments must be respectful and lawful (messages are limited to 2,000 characters). We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, ETiketsSA is not liable for event cancellations, organizer conduct, or payments made between attendees and organizers. Nothing limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
